Hi all

I have until now, been focusing on the domestic market.

But I am about to start discussions with a commercial cleaner with a view to him outsourcing some commercial carpet cleaning to me.

It’s likely to be small offices and I am quite happy with annual cleans (HWE).  However, I understand some commercial customers ask for maintenance cleans and I know nothing of this aspect of cleaning?

What are maintenance cleans and is the process / equipment different to HWE?
