Airflex waste gate valve

Hi,I need to replace  the gate valve on a Airflex machine does anyone know how it's attached to the waste tank ,looks like its siliconed in but not 100% sure.

It screws in. Both the body and the valve are threaded. Screws in and silicone to make it water tight.

Taking the old one off will be fun! I managed to sheer mine off bring the machine up a spiral staircase, so had nothing to grab on too to turn it anti clock wise. I made a cut with a hack saw to slit it and used a screw driver and hammer to turn the bit that was stuck in the machine body.

Do you not just have to replace the seals where the gate slides?

Similar to what John says, if you undo the for 4 nuts/bolts you can replace the bits you need without taking it out of the machine completely.

Sounds like he needs to replace the whole thing. If its just the seals its very easy to replace.

I have replace the whole valve,I've  took them apart many times to clean them.Just purchased a Pro 800 been used  a few times & the previous owner took it apart to fit in his car & damaged the plastic were it sandwiches together.
