Window cleaning round for sale; Medium sized hotels located in Whitechapel and West London. There are four different properties and 6 different cleaning frequencies ranging from weekly cleans to 16 weekly cleans differing to meet the client’s requirements of each property. (N.B. One of these property require an 80ft pole to carry out cleaning). The client will need to see copies of your public liability insurance.
I have been established with this client for 5 years and full introductions will be made as well as helping with the first clean. Client owns other commercial properties in London and for the right buyer there could be the chance to take on more work if they so require.
The monthly average for this client is £523.75 and I am asking for six times this amount - £3142.50.
