Best way remove efflorescence in block paving

I have 3 driveway all next each other  cleaned them and going seal them but at entrance to door there wee porch roofs and for some reason on all 3 driveways there is efflorescence.Is this due area not get any Sun due to porch roof.No other part driveway has any.how can I remove this  before sealing

That's a first for me as I've seen plenty efflorescence on brick walls but  I've never come accross  efflorescence on block pavers before  ???

am glad u said that cause its first time in 7 year happened me.believe or not but the full street has same problem  i did 3 house  same in everyone i checked  few others and all has signs but cause iv pumped a lot water thro area the 3  i cleaned are worse.only under the area that has small roof over in.Only thing i can think cause not getting any sun.noy got pic but going up tommorrow

Could it be that rather than it not getting any sun it's happened because it's not getting any rain? The other area will get a regular washed down from the rain which might have rinsed away or heavily diluted any salts within the sets, but the area under the porch will be sheltered from the rain so the salts are still present

Efflorescence needs 3 things to manifest itself.

1.  Source of water
2.  Route
3.  Ground salts

On a block paved drive it definately has 2 and 3 so I guess you have introduced 1. Stop any of the 3 things above an you will eradicate the efflorescence
