Hi all just ordered 2 x 6.6 motors from worldwide cleaning support, I'm taking out my standard motors from my enforcer  and replacing them with 2 x 6.6 motors can any 1 tell me anything that I will need to do when replacing these thanks in advance Paul

U remove the existing vacs and the steel adapter plate they are attached to  , then u are just left with the outer bolts that have a 7.2 vac spacing  .   The 6.6 will be too small to reach onto these so u need to cut metal spacers to bridge the gap  ...  the metal spacers could be any little bracket or straight piece u find in a hardware place , actually my lower spacers are from aluminium coat hangers i think ...  you will have to drill the two holes in each spacer to fit .

one small detail ...  see my bottom vac  ,  i test positioned the motor so it could attach to the existing internal exhaust hose before measuring the size of the metal spacers , its just that it could be hard to find a longer piece of flex hose  if you cannot connect to it when you position the vac .

I forgot to mention foam gaskets ...  im using two on each motor , to thicken the gasket because the 6.6 is curved not flat like the motor your replacing , im not sure if one gasket  works . If you dont have gaskets you might find foam or neoprene on a camping mat or something and cut it to size

Hi John we have got the bottom vac done today all fitted only got 1 new gasket for each motor will fit the other 1 tomorrow. The bottom 1 seemed to fit fine and be OK will post some photos tomorrow.

Good job ,  what are you noticing , more airflow or suction in general , i suppose you'l know more when u use it .  Any Pics ?
was there much trail and error or did they fit smoothly for you

I feel a lot more suction  from the outlet than before photos to follow ur sizes were just about perfact for the job will send u photos soon

Yeah , the twin booster give amazing power and drying times reaching all round a house .
Its way easier to connect if someone buys the factory Enforcer 6.6 parallel , just connect to the back exhausts , no need for my side port .

That looks like the delay module in your pic , so you have remote control ?  do you have a heater onboard also ?

Hi again John yea it was on when I bought it just delays the motor  by 3 seconds. Yea have both v2 steamate  and in tank heater to be honest with you I hardly ever use the v2 steamate  just use the intank heater.
