agreed on 2 times monthly takeing on 4 and 8 week jobs but this guy as a lot of weekly and two weekly jobs

do you still give him 2x monthly on a weekly job so that's like paying 8x the  price on one job

no  dave trying to help this guy get out the game , the prices are low but hes been doing them 20 years so that why I said only 2x for the 4w and the 8w we don't do any weekly or fortnightly stuff again its retail so it on the cheap side

Hi Susan

Unfortunately you're mixing ratio's i.e. monthly value and job value, you simply need to decide which one you'll use and go with it.

If you calculate monthly value then yes the weekly's are x8 but likewise the bi-monthly's are x1

the jobs are not two low about 3-4 pounds less then we charge also for the other two weeks this new van as northing too do he can pick the over runs off the other two vans that are falling behind every week
