Hi guys
Been asked to quote for machine scrubbing of a hard floor of a warehouse size building
Do you know how much the normal rate is per square foot would be? And they want it cleaned over night so guessing price would be slightly higher?
Any tips would be appreciated

Depends on floor surface, contaminants etc.  What chemicals, Brushes and Pads you will use, The total M2 involved and what Mono Rotary machines and Wet Vacs you have available.  It may be quicker to use Ride On SD's for a warehouse.   I also find it better and easier to price Hard Floors either by total M2 or per M2. I never price these jobs per SqFt.

Was thinking of using 1 ride on machine or 3 floor scrubber machines for the floor
The floor isn't that bad just needs a good scrub so just general dirt
The M2 would be roughly 2800

If you hire a decent quality 750-800mm Working Width Scrubber drier.  Assuming a couple of passes with a dwell time on first then another agitate and pick up on the second pass an experienced operator would get that done in 1 night around about 5-6 hours.  This of course assuming access is good and  the batteries are all good and hold a full charge and that the machine has two decent brushes on it or even decent drive boards with about 12 pads that will give you 6 changes that's why I would use brushes.  It will depend on what your local company wants to rent a SD for a night unless of course you have one already.  I don't think you will get that done in one night with  Monos and wet vacs and you would have cables all over the place. If I was doing it I would use 2 Ride On SD's with 2 operators to knock it out.  One to lay and scrub and the other to agitate and lift alternately

I am so sorry for not replying to you earlier but this was due to me just getting back from China, combined with jet Lag and the fact that I spent all yesterday and today running a training course for advanced concrete repair.

1.  what equipment you have?
2.  The cost to hire the suggested equipment locally
