Fairly bad ,it's an office block with new owners & they want it cleaned & will pay the extra time involved but not sure what's best

I use Viakal. . Spray on and rub in with an applicator or non scratch scourer , then rinse off. It may need a couple of goes but usually works.
Someone on here uses Cillit Bang, which they say also does the job.
