I've been toying with the idea, trouble is there are so many differences between 2,3 and 4 bed houses it's impossible to get an accurate figure.

I have a fairly solid structure for how I price them up in my head but sometimes add a bit extra for awkwardness, so again difficult to put a clear price plan for all to see.
