Hope everybody had a good weekend.
I was not around to reply or defend my approx. quote of 2 hours.
I was never suggesting I clean all conny roofs in 30 mins.
I've cleaned roofs in the past caked in bird mess and moss with green upvc frames and I agree they are hard work and take far longer.
I was only estimating on how long I thought this one would take me from what I could see in the photo.
What I could see was :
good all round access
a well kept and maintained modern property
no evidence of heavily soiled windows or frames e.g. algae, moss, lichen etc.
A couple of posters here seem to think my workmanship would be sub standard in some way to their own .
I never leave a job until I am happy that its clean .
Maybe I have been a little optimistic in 2 hours but not far off the mark considering other jobs I do very similar to that.
And as Sean K has pointed out I have not under priced as have allowed extra time in the cost for any problems that "may" arise or take me longer.

Indeed  ;D ;D

By the way I was not implying in any way that anyone would do a shoddy job because of rushing as it's their rep on the line after all. However I've found out the hard way from experience when pricing up work some jobs you think are going to be dead easy are usually the ones that turn out to be a PITA and can take a lot more time to do properly. I’ve also found if you can price well on every job then you can’t go wrong. So if it takes less time than you think in the end that’s a big bonus instead of the other way around.
