I'm far from a marketing expert but I thinks it's good you've done the video, shows the customer who you are and what kind of equipment your using.  Maybe would have been nice to see the finished article when dry and a kind of before and after but certainly a good marketing tool  :)

Overall a good video, but it seems a little rushed and last minute idea. Perhaps a little pre thought about what you want to convey verbally to your audience rather than off cuff (?spelling) and it would then come across a little more professional in style. Hope that helps, plus same as above post. Maybe a view of finished article as this is what customers would like to see more than the actual process. Did it work and how effective is it.

It looks to me like a video produced by a school boy explaining what he did on his work experience. White shirt ? Front door open ?  No FSC, chemicals first not just where required. Take this as a start but you need to improve with a better voice over and a slightly more professional appearance

Why not just say it was crap which it was and stop beating about the bush.

Still 10 out of 10 for giving it a go as is something that can be approved on given the constructive comments already mentioned. Still  you would not see me infront of a camera as would put people off straight away  ;D

I just gave an opinion. Its not crap just first draft. I gave critique on what I thought could be improved. It could be worse

Darrena has swallowed his Northern / English / Bulgarian dictionary and done his best elocution which sends my glass eye to sleep.  I think a go pro on time lapse tells a better story as they can see the before / after and the entire process. Darrena swears that google now recognises the words in the video which helps his website rank and you can't argue as he's doing very well. So you could consider it to be crap but it is way better to have it than not.
It was not my intention to offend

Indeed Darren has done very well for himself and is always thinking outside of the box so to speak.

"sends my glass eye to sleep" did made me chuckle ;D ;D

It's OK, I like it, but you can add subtitles, the audio is poor.
