Generally, if I'm not up and at 'em early, motivation is gone and I'll go and do something else. The weather forecast (I know I know) is predicting rain pretty much all day today too.
It's generally not a problem though; there's two of us and we've been working together for well over a decade now; we can get through a surprisingly large amount of work when we're organised.
We'll just play catch up.
