Gutters are standard gutters with a box gutter on 1.5 sides.  Access will be required via neighbours for some parts but this will not be a problem. Please give a complete price, including VAT. External Valet

-          All external roof panel surfaces cleaned and polished.

-          All external roof bars cleaned and polished

-          All decorative edging/finials cleaned and restored

-          Application of patination oil to lead to prevent oxidisation

-          All external window and door surfaces cleaned and polished

-          Cleaning of all internal/external conservatory guttering

-          Check and clean drainage slots to all window and door frames

-          Cleaning and lubrication of all window and door locks

 

Internal Valet:

-          All internal roof surfaces cleaned and polished

-          All internal window surfaces cleaned and polished

-          All window boards cleaned

-          All internal rebates cleaned

-          Replace non working bulbs in roof lights (bulbs supplied)

-          Full vacuum

Why do you care?  Why not just stick in a really good price if it's a one-off and don't worry about it if you don't get the job.

The important word is valet.  We got it wrong by quoting for a conservatory clean.

Interesting that they offer a service to treat the glass from Hydrophillic to hydrophobic. Us windies would like all our glass to be the other way around.
I don't know about you all, but the dirtest windows when we come to clean them are mostly Hydrophobic.

T.S go out of their way not to look like run of the mill window cleaners too apparently going by what an ex-employee has mentioned in the past.  Their methods are also delibratley a lot different to jo blogs just turning up with a wfp and/or trad gear too as is a hand valet so to command a higher price. The chap also mentioned they have to clamber over awkard conservatory roofs at times as are not allowed to use poles either. it's not unusual for a two man team as they work in pairs to spend all day hand valeting a conservatory.

Like I've said before they do jobs to a toothbrush standard and I don't like to work like that,I will clean roofs etc to a good standard if needed but I would never want to do it day in day out its painful to do,more money can be earned doing regular window cleaning via WFP. I offer gutter vac facia cleans etc but I'd much rather stay with the Windows,have you seen sandersons work they get up there on a conservatory ladder and go over it like a crime scene good luck to em if I get anyone wanting that doing I'll pass it on to em.

Most that own a conservatory like myself instead of paying silly money out trying to keeping the roof looking clean would consider putting the cost to a new more fashionable type of insulated roof instead surely?
