Need some help and advice from you lovely people. Pressure washed an area and all was lovely and clean when  left. Now 3 months later as it begins to age/ get dirty again there seems to be lines appearing ? The person used a flat surface cleaner with a 21lpm machine no chemicals were used. Are the marks due to user error of the flat surface cleaner or even a problem with it? . Would it be beneficial to try a chemical solution on this? is this caused by user error?

The tracks you see have been caused by bad work that's all. What size fsc was used?
It don't need pressure washing again so best just apply hypo on the whole area as already suggested... YEEHA! RIDEM COWBOY!

thanks for the replies just no keen on getting the person back was thinking of doing it myself its in a very public area wheres the best place to get hypo? is there a specific brand?

When you say it's a very public area what do you mean exactly as hypo may not be the best option?

as in open to the general public although areas can be closed off if needed

Just another thought as you say it's a public area could those stripes have been caused by a paving sweeper anytime afterwards the area was pressure washed as I know some don't wash/scrub and vaccum up the crud very well?

would it be worth trying to remove the lines with a lance?  just looking for the easiest and quickest way to remove them

Yes you could but guess what it would be quicker to use a flat surface cleaner and then rinse the area down properly. 
Or do this maybe and let the chem and mother nature do all the hard work for you.
