Off on another hard floor training course this week,  Think ive pretty much done everyone thats out there.  Love learning the different ways the experts clean and market,  one thing i've learnt in this business is there is no set way to clean and restore things, so its about finding out what works for you and changing it accordingly as your business needs.  There's a million ways to skin a cat, and the more ways you know the more versatile you can be.

it was at alltec brendan, and run by the 2 guys that own tilemaster, alex rimmer and martin shelley,  but it wasnt a tile master course it was a stone cleaning and mild restoration/repair course.  very well structured, took loads from it even though i know a lot from previous courses,
some great marketing tips, crack repair,  acid etching removal from a good finish and a premium finish,  that was an eye opener.
definitely worth the investment.
would highly recommend to newbies and intermediates like my self.

I think the more courses you do the better but actually doing the work and gaining experience on different floors is where you learn the most and become confident and proficient.
I always say to all our course delegates that I can teach you the methods but I can't give you experience.  Just think back to you first Carpet Cleaning Course when you completed it.   Then think about your first carpet compared to now!!!

Totally agree Kev.  Courses give me the confidence to sell myself and win the job, and the different methods ive learnt from all the different trainers ive encountered help me to solve problems with a good range of tools chemicals and advice. but no course can emulate the many different scenarios and varying floors you will encounter on a daily basis, good thing is though most trainers offer great help either over the phone or on social media so you're never completely alone when you go out into the big wide world. 
we (tacca) have an amazing community of trainers and real life experienced cleaners on our social media so there is always someone who can help. Such an amazing industry.
