I would say using a good washer on drives & patio's you should not really need to use any chem to be honest. If you still need too then most including myself would apply sodium hypochlorite (hypo) afterwards to kill any stubborn algae and/or lichen. Either that I've been known just to use hypo instead and not bother using a washer at all as sometimes I can't be arsed to get the washer set up and start blasting crap everywhere. Not only that I've found some hard surfaces are better treated with a softwash approach rather than using high flow and high pressure blasting.

Not had a proper search for local supplier for pressure washing equip/chem or a local supplier for hypo.  I do need to spend a little time to find one, as local stores per say which do offer some detergents are karcher rubish or diall/dell (cant remember which) multi purpose p/washer solutions

Swimming pool supplier is best - I pay £12 + vat delivered. They also collect the old tubs

Just do a local search on the tinternet and you should be able to find someone local.
A local farmers shop also should sell sodium hypochlorite (hypo) as is widely used in the farming community as a disinfectant
