I don't like slagging off manufacturers in here but feel I have to say something now .

I have put two separate enquirys through the grippa tank website contact me form , one enquiring about a tank and one about a booster pump , the first of these was months ago .

No reply from either !

Also just taken delivery of a 4021 ez pure housing with carbon / sediment filter to replace my 10 inch carbon .

I brought the original ezpure ro housing from gardiners but they no longer sell them , from gardiners it came with John guest fittings already in the housing and blanking plugs to block the ones you don't use .

From grippa it has no fittings and the the holes that I need to use for the carbon filter are not even opened up on the filter head !
And the price appears to be the same .

I also ordered the brackets to hold the filter in place and only one of the brackets has the bolt required to fix it to backing plate .

Poor service in my opinion .

I contacted them using contact form enquiring about an 850 tank , no reply at all .

I enquirys with a question about a booster pump 4/5 days ago and no reply apart from an automated mail .

I have emailed them a couple of hours ago on the address they put above so waiting to hear .

I have replied to the email with pic as requested , it's the same pic as above and you can see that the middle holes are blanked off , the side ones are open .

I expected it to come ready to fit with John guest fittings attached as the gardiners one did .

In my experience, you'd have to go a long way to find customer service as good as Grippatank. Bee using them for a number of years, and don't look anywhere else.
