Hi all,

Just wondered how many of you guys run your business as an agency or as an employed staff set up? I currently have a team of 8 staff but have been thinking of switching to an agency set up as we tend to be on the higher end of the market. I would love to hear of any advice/tips and points to consider if anyone was happy to share. Also how it works with the agency charge and cleaners being paid. I still plan to keep the company pretty small but it would allow me to pay the cleaners more.
