As a person who took 80% of my work from other shiners I never ignore my competition, not so much on what they chargebut what they offer.I never knowingly undercut I just offer better for the money and customers will move for that.
I wouldn't even charge them.

It's quite simple really as potential new customers either want the job done or not at the price I want to quote.

You make more money if its bi-monthly, ie £18.00, a £ 1 less per month at £10.00 per month, so keeps you in the ballpark with competition but may seem a better option to the customer and for the time it takes you will make on it............just my opinion
