£18 monthly or two monthly. No other frequencies and probably wouldn't charge more on the first clean.

As a person who took 80% of my work from other shiners I never ignore my competition, not so much on what they charge
but what they offer.
I never knowingly undercut I just offer better for the money and customers will move for that.

I tend to take what other local cleaner say when chatting that I meet regards to pricing etc and customers for that matter with a pinch of salt. It's quite simple really as potential new customers either want the job done or not at the price I want to quote.

Not surprised as you're still learning WFP.

I talked to a few and one that sticks in my mind says he has over 900 regular customers and charges on  average 8 for a 3-4 bed detached house on a 4 weekly clean. How the hell can one person provide a proper service to 900 customers a month and that's using wfp too ? ...900 customers my arse ;D

You know what they say "work smater not harder"  but sometimes that is easier said than done.
Some  jobs work out really well and others you sometimes wished you never bothered to take them on

Almost ...

£10 four weekly or £12 .50 eight weekly.
It's a game of three halves!

I'd pay them to clean it.

I just poped out to do a quote and said I will do your windows for free.
Mind you they booked in a gutter check & clear, fsg clean and also a block paving driveway clean. What I did not tell them the price for the window clean was already added to the quote as you do because I will be getting them dirty anyways.  ;D

You make more money if its bi-monthly, ie £18.00, a £ 1 less per month at £10.00 per month, so keeps you in the ballpark with competition but may seem a better option to the customer and for the time it takes you will make on it............just my opinion :)
You would make more money if you didn't clean houses like that you mean don't you lol.
