Is there anything out there that can be used to save my neck strain looking up all day whilst working.
I have seen online they do Lazy glasses that look down to read a book whilst looking straight but cant find anything that looks up.
I hope im making sence here??

Glasses will just mask the problem!
Get yourself some good sports therapy massage or similar.

You won't need the sports massage because you won't be bending your neck.

Can now see why he has been a few days doing that building if he works at that speed all day. If he is going that slow because of the veiw he is getting from the glasses il stick with the pain for a couple of days I have 3 blocks of flats I do every month

In the meantime, get a couple of deep tissue sessions. It will sort it.

If you wear glasses anyway can you get a set to go over the existing glasses if you see what I mean?
It's a game of three halves!
