How much for a full gutter/fascia clean including emptying? I didn't do it - somebody else did (my customer) just curious what you would have charged?

Oh well here goes but don't have a pop peeps as I'm not cheap

gutter clear inc garage 200
fsg inc garage 250
Oh and a free window clean afterwards
Including all doors & twin garage doors

That would be a proper deep clean not just a quick once over splashing water about.

Happy now   :P

As a rough guess, I'd say £70-80 on clearing out (gutter vac) and then £80 for gutter /fascia clean. They don't look too bad! And with not many trees close by the house gutters inside might not be too bad either.

It was pretty green and there are trees over the road. The guy also missed to sections on the far end and the back of the garage. All done by hand.

I would want £220-250 I've done some of these but I prefer to do other work coz these can hold you up a bit and more can be earned in the time taken, lots of these have loads and loads of vents and can keep brining out dirt from the underneath. If I did it I would say it will have to be a wet day though I wouldn't waste a nice sunny day on it.

Ah,right! Then I'd up my price a bit more then. I still reckon to make decent money though even if parts are green. I usually do a quick tester patch just to see how easy or not it comes off. Then it gives me an idea of how awkward it might be. Adjust price accordingly.

3 hours tops with plenty of tea breaks hot water and a good degreaser soaked in would make that job easy, the gutters would be easy more hassle to move the machine than to use it on that little job. I'd be dragging it out at 3 hours. I would drive past and see if they were out so I could fly round it. 👌🏿👌🏿

That's the difference I would not need to fly round it for what I would charge  ;D

Seriously I have done jobs like that for 450 or I would not have said it.
I given em a price what I want out of the job and is up to them if they want it done or not.

I'm not saying you haven't pal but like I said that isn't a 450 job IMO and I wouldn't charge that,I have some what some might say overpriced work but 450 wouldn't come into my head for that on the walk round it's a tiddler really.

That's almost identical to my own property, the one and only time I had the gutters cleared cost me £30 around
10 years ago.
I now vac my own.
