Prochem citrus gel should deal with it, Alltec do a dedicated chewing gum remover as do Restoremate. I think Restoremate do a freezing product that I would like to try.

I have a product called Gum it off, which works a treat.   You want to be charging at least £1 per gum removed. That's what we charge.

I have tried all the above and none of them are as good as Resolvit Gel from World of Clean.

Make sure it's not bitumen backed, and gum not in contact with the backing
as most products will remove the gum, start to breakdown the bitumen and
then you have  liquorice like stains that will not go. because the stuff to move
them causes more wicking.

I use Gum-Solv  which you agitate in gently and leave then damp wipe it off. On nylon carpet you can toothbrush it in and it comes off straight away. Tried citrus gel but found it not as effective. Still each to their own.
