Correcting a poor rug doctor clean

Best way to correct this please
Someone thought it would be a good idea to use a rug doctor to save some money and now they will loose even more

Had a similar one with same carpet a few months ago after a RD clean.

I just presprayed and extracted and it came up great.

Probably full of detergent, make sure you've got plenty of de foam in your waste tank

Probably worth checking that the underlay is dry before re-cleaning, here's one I did just before xmas the carpet was dry but not the underlay which had to be re-placed.
