If this was me I would be asking him questions in a friendly manner about what he expects to pay or what is the max he would pay, which is going to be low and work it up from their to suit what you consider is a reasonable rate for the job.

If you decide a figure you would not go below you at least have a benchmark to work with. Other than that you are going in blind.

At least my suggestion gives you leeway and hopefully gives him the impression you are keen to tender a competitive yet viable price.

Other than that you work a price to suit you and hope he goes for it.

I see you are WFP so the exterior stuff is ok, its just the interior that could be dodgey.

Hi Cleantime,

60 rooms seems to be the standard size for the premier travel lodge, we are fortunate enough to clean a few of these hotels. Dont worry too much about the insides as you will find that some rooms will be occupied when you call. We find it best to split up the rooms so that all are done once every three months or so. Best to inform the managment of the cleaning schedule though. as for the outsides, we set a minimum price of £75 per hour and price each job on time rather than the amount of windows. Based on this, each of the hotels we clean are slightly different in price as some have access issues. A word of advice though, we clean in south wales, if you live in or near a city, the hourly rate will increase.
Hope this helps...
Best Regards,
Carl
