Just wondering how much would you chaps like Chris etc that use algoclear would charge to do that job.
That's a complete exterior property deep clean including everything I've mentioned in previous posts?

As well as the render walls price includes cleaning the wooden foot bridge, paving, wood cladding at front, rear decking, balcony decking, balcony walls and all external glass. I should be well knackered after all that

Total £1550 + vat - however I would offer 10% discount as a complete package

The chap had it done 2 years ago for considerably less so I thought 950 was pushing my luck somewhat. Mind you the chap did say it was a poor job

Indeed and I bet that guy who phoned me to see if I would clear that guttering as a subby because he did not have a long enough ladder is kicking himself right know. The chap wanted to deal directly with me so I don't think he wants to use the other guy anymore somehow.

I was thinking price wise, for what you have got to do I would be using hypo as well to off set against the price, definatley not paying for algo within that.

2 x guys should be well done and cleaned up within a day so u being 1 of them there's still enough to make a decent pay day for urself.

I've allowed 200 ish for chems using algoclear products.

That's still ok ish, only a days labour chem and travel costs should still make 500-600 for a days work.

Look at it like that and it's a nice days work, for an extra £20 could you not clean with hypo then treat with algo afterwards....... Am asking not suggesting, av never used algo or done a job like that before, so keen to learn.

Don't worry I will have some hypo in the van aswell just in case.

Still I want to try algopro first on that one as if it works well may lead to a lot more work as there are 70 ish posh second homes with K rend walls, decking etc that need cleaning on that gated estate.

I'm not greedy so 700 + clear would do me just fine even if it took 2 days to do properly.
