Outrageously fussy

Cleaned two rugs for customer perfect job done on already clean rugs first rug he saysi  faded colour next one I darkened it can't really be sure what to say to the guy. One of these either all white spotless house

How much did you charge? Often complaints like these are about money disguised as a spurious quality issue.

Not about money perfect job imho I actually expected this as have worked for him before with hard to please expectations he was recommended to me via posh shop. The whole house is white if you get the picture I just want happy customers!

Fair comment but I am talking about already perfect rugs not needing a clean I may have a photo of one I'll check my photos

To be honest if someone is not happy I don't want money if they are genuine which he is and a good guy but he has some sort of ocd with things which unless replaced with new seem impossible to achieve expectations sorry about my grammar just quick phone te xt

Offer to re-clean while he's there, get him to be specific about what he doesn't like, show him you're doing your utmost.

We offer a no-quibble re-clean within 14 days, even if they've spilt something themselves - so that covers "perfect" results.

He's too fussy for a clean in his house needs a takeaway job then questions what has been done just a headache customer really
