man up gloves are for wimps
its different when your 100% trad stan.i never wore gloves accept on the coldest of days as i liked to get a feel of how damp the cloths are when detailing/buffing etc.
...but when your poling all day and using carbon poles/pure water you get ground bits of carbon in your hands and pure dries your hands out something chronic and you end up with little tears and cuts in them.
also its very unhygienic using bare hands when your dealing with 100m of hose along the ground every day.
its only a few hot days in the summer when i dont wear gloves.
on topic i wear the show 377s with glove liners most of the year.they keep your hands clean and dry.when its really cold you cant beat the skytech argon for warmth or the glacier "perfect curve" gloves.the skytech are virtually waterproof and the glaciers a fully waterproof.
your gloves and hands wont smell if you use the nitrile liners underneath your main gloves.
