I was physically sick, throwing up four times this morning, filled the kitchen sink up. Felt like I lost half a stone in bodily fluids. Had to have a short lie down and snooze after as I felt rough as hell and skipped breakfast so I wouldn't throw up again. Out the door a few hours later and had a cracking day, starving now but feeling better. Man flu is for wimps, just pile on the jumpers and sweat it out big style. :)

if its proper flu you wont be working for at least 5 or 6 days mate.

have you got a high temperature?constant headache?,sore joints?,aching muscles?,chills?,sore throat?,bad chest?,runny nose?zero energy? and when you wake up in the morning a soaking wet bed because you ve been sweating so much?if you ve got all these symptoms then you ve got proper flu.

dont try and work or do any exercise or you can damage your heart muscles

i had it 2 weeks ago and i couldnt work for 5 days.still got a chest infection but its clearing up now.
price higher/work harder!

Indeed dazmond. Seems I had no choice but to rest this week and spent most of the time in bed.
Now I've just got to get rid of a head cold & chest infection but feel much better than I did before.

Hope ya feeling better smurf.

Last weekend I had a 3 day stint off it, had to still go into work but couldn't do anything at all. I had everything except being sick, drank a bottle of covonia cough medicine a day an slept in the van wen I could,  ;D, the shivers are the worse ya just can't keep still.
