I am toying with the idea of putting a second van on the road and employing 1 FT employee, I have the work there, my round is overflowing with work and new work and im working flat out to keep up, I dont mind being business but thinking maybe I could maximise my income with this with help from an employee
Now I know theres a fair bit of knowing what your at when it comes to employing and it would nearly put you off it the more you look into it!
Im sure some on here have done the same and just wondering on any words of wisdom or advise they could offer?
I am trying to do an expense sheet to see how much a van and employee would cost me over the course of a year and im not getting to far with it tbh, I seen on here a while ago someone with a similar breakdown if anyone remembers it?
