Given this… forceing water deeper into the tile by high pressure washing and then freezing it can result in the tile cracking…water expands. I work by myself so this is based on one man.Scraping a 4 bed detached house would take a full day including spraying plus return to brush off the dead. Priced at around £450-550 The way I see it is there's no wear on the machine so I would charge the same either way. On quicker jobs I tend to be there the next day just to brush up any mess and recheck the work.
