Is that wall what I can fake brick cladding that is stuck on the wall that was mostly popular with right to buy council houses back in the 80's?  If so myself I would be vary cautious as I would not want any of them falling off when brushing over them.

Algoclear pro is not very good at removing black stains apparently but still you could try it and see how it turns out I guess.

Yes it's that fake brick cladding... the mortar inbetween the bricks is in good condition, that was my biggest concern and also the fact that algoclear won't remove the black spots (HYPO?) But overspray may be a issue....

Good question, my knowledge on equipment is poo. Paid Ben a visit and bought a mid range set up (HONDA)  ???

Like I said try Algroclear pro and see if it works well enough.
May take a while like a few months to see the results though.
Oh and they say don't apply it if it's forcast rain in the next 24 hours
