Given this… forceing water deeper into the tile by high pressure washing and then freezing it can result in the tile cracking…water expands. Shaled clay tiles and damaged bricks on walls and buildings are prime examples of freeze /thaw.
I work by myself so this is based on one man.Scraping a 4 bed detached house would take a full day including spraying plus return to brush off the dead. Priced at around £450-550 The way I see it is there's no wear on the machine so I would charge the same either way. On quicker jobs I tend to be there the next day just to brush up any mess and recheck the work.
