Buying or selling

https://www.gumtree.com/p/general-jobs/window-cleaning-run-for-sale-east-kilbride-/1150351989

After reading a post in the for sale section regarding £300.00 of work per 4 weeks being sold for £3000 I'm thinking it's expensive but probably a far better deal than the above Gumtree add. And then there's the contract issue?

£300.00 for four hours work compared to £456.50 for what four days? And you can't touch anything else in the area!

the bit that stands out is that one of the guys has left to start on his own.

And soon you'll have all your work taken off you by some guy who knows the customers  better than you.

Yes I did wonder about that, also he couldn't have been working full time if it's only 79 doors for sale.

Yes it happened in my area, the window cleaner sold the round and paid off the two guys who where cleaning it for him.
They went out on their own, went to every customer on the round and got almost the lot.
