Which brush
« on: January 19, 2016, 08:32:56 pm »
Up and rolling wfp and chuffed to bits wasting 10 years risking my Arse up a ladder😏😏
Next step is making the job easier. What's the best brush on the market for everyday window cleaning. I'm using a Phoenix hybrid pole at the moment.  Is this much good or am I missing a trick.
Cheers
Ash

How does this work - is it a split charge relay too or does that come separate?

Allround everyday brush - Xline mono.
Anything more specialised then go for one of Gardiners.

Yes Dave it has a split charge relay built into the flow controller.
Dead easy to wire up, took me 15 mins, and you can see the condition of the battery and see it charging on the screen.
Iv only taken my battery out twice in the last year to charge it. Once after doing a big commercial job, the other time was over Xmas after having 2 weeks off.

The X line mono is what I would call a starter brush similar to the Gardiner super lite, they're ok if your short on confidence or
experience but if you really want to speed up while having as easy a working day as possible then you have to get onto the Gardiner Xtreme brushes, just try not to over scrub as there's no need and it will needlessly shorten their lifespan.
Xtreme medium mixed for windows and the stiff for fsg cleans.

And yet I am the guy working away using the lightest brush on the market and your still plodding along with a brick on the
end of your pole, worse still even using it you cant even achieve a decent clean without adding chemicals that others don't seem to need, maybe you should try funny.

I do enough to keep me going, Iv had five operations on my back in the last 2 years the final one was last Thursday so Iv also got a good excuse for cutting back on the hours.
Hopefully back to normality in the next week or so if not the window cleaning is going to have to hit on the head and something
easier found.

The extreme brushes are made for splash and dash weedy little girls with twiglet arms.
Xline mono are proper brushes for men that want to do a proper job.
Go and brush your dolls hair with your extreme little girl, the men are trying to discuss work here ;)

Gardiner stiff sill (radial) brushes works well enough for what I clean thesedays.
I've not tried any xline brushes yet so might give them a go one day.

I have one of the very first version extreme brushes which is far better than any that have come out since, totally different bristle type it cleans as well as a brush similar to an Xline without the weight. I find he Xline to be the best of its shape and weight though.
