Which backpack

My BigBoy has packed up.  ;D

What do people recommend as a replacement and is there a small capacity backpack/delivery system for chemicals on FSGs etc. Only need 10litres max I'd think.

When you say it has packed up how excatly and whats the problem with it?

I think the Kobold/Gardiners backpack is the best option.

I don't know, but I assume it's the switch. Corrosion I reckon.

I would assume it would be much like the Gardiner backpack which is easy and relatively cheap to replace the switch. Disconnect the switch and put the wire's together, a little bit of fault finding could save you £80-90.

I think the gardiner backpack is ok to use. All backpacks seem like cheap chinese tut. All parts are easily fixable so cant see how it can just pack up??.

I've got a faulty Gardiner backpack been sitting there for months. Battery is fine but the pump just stops, create a spark with a battery charger on the positive and it starts. Put it together spray some fsg and it stops again. These things are easily put off and I've since added a Karcher vac to the list of repairs about three months ago!

souds like preaure switch  a few quid. if not you can get the pumps on flee bay around 35 quid
