looks more like an aniline leather, think nubuck has a more suede like appearance.

It is nubuck, the leather is reversed on the seat and back cushions.

Hello
I have to agree that this looks more like an Aniline than a Nubuck. Nubuck is very very rare and the customer will have paid over £7K if it is. This is a good place to start regarding identification.
Does the leather have a nap like a billiard table?
How absorbent is it?
They do finish some Nubuck leathers
If you have any more infirmation it would be useful
I think that this would clean well with Aniline Cleaner - (not a detergent one )
Hope this helps

I have seen the booklet that came with the sofa which clearly states nubuck. It does feel like the baize on a snooker table, the sofa cost 3,980 in a sale.

Could well be then especially if it has that nap feel
The cleaning will depend on how absorbent the leather is (as it may have a finish)
Test first - if t absorbs very rapidly and stays dark you will need to use a dry process with a napping brush and Nubuck cloths
Finish with a Waterstop protection
If it doesn't absorb very readily you may be able to use the Aniline Cleaner with a napping brush.
Hope this helps
