enforcer question for you technical guys
« on: January 14, 2016, 09:28:53 pm »
had my enforcer about a year now and it has been a great machine. However of late the solution pump cuts out for no apparent reason. After 15 mins cooling down it will fire up again. Ashbys tell me it is an overheating problem --- but why. Both cooling fans work and the thermostat keeps the the solution temp at 60 degrees max ! Any ideas guys. Thanks

if it only happened recently on yours and no one esle has the problem , then its likely somethings gone bad , perhaps there is a thermal switch inside the the pump motor .

Try running it without using the tank heater and see if it still cuts out. Maybe try an in line heater for the next job with colder solution in the tank. That might tell you if the pump motor is overheating.
