the e mail I received,had no company name on  it,I also phoned the phone number supplied,the person that answered the phone was as thick as sxxt,and spoke as quiet as a mouse,it just didn't seem to be ring true to me.
Did the e mail you received have company detail etc ?

No, it's not a scam. I have checked the mail headers and return address, all kosher. There is a website in the email - in accordance with the return email address, telephone numbers in accordance with the business listed.

Why did you not just put in as stupidly high price in of say 10 squid a panel and then if you got it sub contract the job out to the likes of solar steve

I did in the end.

£47.50 a panel and i got it. I also insisted they pay cash - up front. They've agreed.
