i've got a new wand and glide from cleansmart. the westpak 2 jet wand with the glide they sell for it.
the wand and glide are different to the ones i bought 4/5 years ago and as a result site differently, worse in fact but unsure if this is intentional.
i've attached photos for you to see. there's very large gaps on both sides, and the glide doesn't sit nicely at all.

You will have to seal the exposed gap at the end of your wand or you will be loosing to much vacuum.

Is it on the wrong way round?
The reason I ask is after cleaning mine last week I was working and something didn't feel right. I realised even though I have been using glides for years I had it on back to front.
I wouldn't put up with those gaps either!

It's totally the wrong glide for that wand. Send it back and get them to supply you with a Greenglide suited to that wand

Did I mention that I was the first person in the UK to buy and use a glide? Just saying.

I prefer not to use a glide. Is it just a truckmount thing?
