If you want a decent water production time wise you could upgrade to 4021 or even better a 4040 ro

I have the same R O and also had a low production then replaced the 2x 100 gal membranes with 2x 150 gal membranes from Gapes water and now produce 500 liters in the same time. And add a booster pump if you do not have one the membranes work at best at 100 PSI constantly.
THis will be the cheapest solution. Or shelling out big cash for a 4040 and have over production.

That works? all I need to do is upgrade my membranes to the 150gpd and its sorted?! Are they both the exactly the same size or do I need to do any mods to my RO unit?

They're the same size membranes
Add another housing, and another 150 membrane, so you'll have a 450gpd R.O (3x150gpd membranes)
Why don't you have a quick google before making stupid comments?

That sounds like a plan! the 150 gpd membranes are about £35 each from gapswater , awesome il get a couple of them ordered - regarding the other housing , is that a bit tricky for someone like me who's useless at plumbing?

Curren t production sounds about right.  210 lts in 10 hours is  504 ltrs a day.  Divide by 4.5 for 112 gpd.  The 200gpd quoted is when everything is perfect and filters are new.  Plus it's below optimum temperature right now.  To get more than half the quoted rate is fairly decent.  Bear in mind, I think they quote American gallons too - they are smaller than UK ones.

More likely on that type of ro you will need to upgrade the flow restrictor too so best have a chat with them before ordering the larger membranes
