8 weekly asked about pump fittings. On my pumps i have these....http://gardinerpolesystems.co.uk/all-products/pump-hose/john-guest-fittings/1-2-fittings/john-guest-a-push-in-fitting-to-a-female-screw-bsp-thread-socket.htmlI would never EVER use a system without JG fittings now. Leak free a year and half on.
You can yes. There are several ways of doing it but I find this way is still the best. The fitting I posted above would screw onto pumps then you use these. http://gardinerpolesystems.co.uk/all-products/pump-hose/john-guest-fittings/1-2-fittings/a-john-guest-stem-to-a-barb.htmlBarbed bit is perfect fit for garden hose. I use a crimped 1/2 inch speed clip/o clip. You can convert it to this if you want as well by using the first fitting I posted. Then a small piece of half inch JG hose. Then one of these. http://gardinerpolesystems.co.uk/all-products/pump-hose/john-guest-fittings/1-2-fittings/a-john-guest-tube-to-garden-hose-coupling.htmlStill prefer barbed fitting as less connections/chances of leaks.
Got a nice piccy by any chance?
I use these swivels, they are fitted to the sealey metal hose reel and you can get them direc my from sealey for roughly £17 delivered, much better than the brass hose lock swivels.

I haven't been able to find those on the Sealey site Lee GLS. Are they a special order do you know?
