been along road to recovery and still a way to go yet

just about back to full time work,but there some jobs that i still cant do ie upvc gutter cleans

fitness wise yes i am back on me bike,yes i do run and i was swimming but had to stop cause i couldnt work a full day after.
i am not back to the level i was but i am still faster than Mr will-y  Mr fatman and slow seddon,i must say that most of the time i am in pain or discomfort   

update from the surgeon was all metal work inside is all good,i goo back in 6months for a check up but the metal work and 6 screw stay in me back for life

i do still pop in here and have a look see whats gooing on,but i am in the middle of doing a cycling coaching course  or the future that takes up a bit of time .

That would have been the anaesthetic.   

But seriously, I think Franky was 20 minutes at 5k or thereabouts. I'd love to get under 23 minutes. It's all relative isn't it.

I saw that. Three miles so pushing the distance. I've been going in the afternoon this week after work as I can't get up at the moment. In general I like to go in the morning, but a mixture of the dark mornings and not wanting to turn the light off until I'm sure I'll drop straight off to sleep has made me struggle. Currently I seem to be quicker than ever on my usual routes. I suspect I'm subconsciously proving to myself that there's nothing seriously wrong.
