I have ordered from exceed for the first time on the 8th , whats the delivery time usually like ?

Im used to things being next day and i have not even had a despatch email yet.

My stock was due on week 50 which is the 7th december, so i felt confident i would have it by then.
But it is delayed which i apologise for, but it does come from overseas.
i have tracked my delivery and it is due this week, but if you dont want to wait any longer i will refund with no problem what so ever.

Hi Tony,

It will not, and i cannot give an exact date either i am sorry, but soon as i have the product in my hand i will inform you.
I can't rely on what my suppliers say, as this just makes me look bad.
But i promise i will tell you when i have 100% got the product.

Hi Steve l got the tubeless pole kite for 2 poles but I also use the aquadaptors.can I fit the the tubeless kit to these or do I wait for the new uni- valves..👍

Hi ray,

Yes you can use Aqua dapters with it, just need non stretch hose in your top section of your pole.
Do you want me to send you some, including instructions?

you shouldn't show stuff as in stock until its ...........in stock! 

If the hose was showing out of stock i would have left it off the order as i needed the connectors asap ........i will leave the order in as it is now thanks

Ha ha ....the free gift was an angle adapter , not much use to me as  i use quicklok but I'm sure i will find a use for it .
