It always puzzles me why some people let their property guttering get so bad as it don't work out that expensive to have them regularly maintained.

Notice the electrical cable running along the inside of the gutter!
Wouldn't like to bash it with the gutter vac attachments :o

Best one I had was on a newish build the whole ridge on a corner was found to be in dangerous condition and sliding away.
Needless to say I stopped the job, informed the customer then came back to clear the gutters when they had the roof fixed.

Chap had ask me to look at the fascia and it turns out the majority of the fascia is rotten front and back and the front soffit is rotten as well.  You can push your finger into it like its a sponge.
