Thanks gazza but just how long does it take to soak, first cleans wouldnt it make sence to do traditional if heavily soiled then try wfp? Pj I've taken in a lot of what is said on this forum, as a newbie in the wfp ranks I thank you for your help.

To be honest I couldn't really make out what you were trying to say.
As someone on the forum once told me, "Make your questions/points bite size".
So, WFP removes birds soilage, whether it is instant or encrusted. Just take your time with it. If it is hard-baked on the glass, soak it and go back to it after doing a couple more windows. I haven't found any I couldn't remove yet.
Besides, if you put a search on birds muck, you will read all the same stuff.
There is only so much that can be said about removing it from glass!
Squirt water at it, agitate brush on it, rinse. If it's still there, repeat.
