Communal Cleaning
«

I need some advice. I have a contract with a National Housing Association covering 5 blocks and up to 10 floors per block. One of the requirements is to spot clean carpets where food or drink has missed tenents mouths and other soilments. Can anyone advise on a decent, easy to use and small preferably carpet cleaner. Thanks in advance. Dave

there are spotting machines you can buy but you would probably be better off buying a small carpet cleaning machine
something with 2 vacs heater and 100psi this will be more than suitable for your requirements possible a small dryer
to assist in drying carpets hope all goes well good luck happy cleaning

A craftex sabrina would probably be ideal if just spot cleaning, light enough to carry up the stairs & easy to use, they come up on ebay all the time .....

just got my first communal cleaning contract, cleaning all communal areas in a block of flats, not just carpet as required, but also windows (inside) light fitting/skirting boards, de cobwebbing etc etc on a weekly basis. A first for me but im going to give it a go...
hoping it leads to more and more carpet work..................
