I use 3x 25ft lengths. Mostly 2x is enough. Either way I bring the magma up to the last length of hose if heat is a priority.
I must say I have heated cold water from my tank to family warm over a length of 50ft, but I won't rely on it solely if I need heat on a minger.

Have you watched the Cleansmart video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HgvS0xSeufQ
If you have the heater at 25ft and move the wand like the guy in the video that's the heat you should get. If you make your wet passes too slow or your passes are too long the heater won't keep up and you won't get really hot water. You have to adjust your wand technique to get the best heat, so that the water's going through the heater a bit at a time.
If not I'd call Cleansmart again, you might have a duff one.

If you have no heat at all you have a problem and need a new heater. Have you run the heater dry at all? if so you may have burned out the elements?

We do have heat, but only when we use the 25ft hose. It just seems to cool down in the hose with the 50ft one. Radek explained what i was doing wrong.
