Slightly off topic but this made me laugh whilst having a butchers on their site. 20m cable rool £92.04 plus 20% vat £110.45....They must be having a laugh surely? https://www.grippatank.co.uk/20m-cable-roll-uk-230v-nvm-155aYou can get a decent size cable reel (45m) from the likes of screwix for 31.98 or with a 5 off voucher they send through from time to time 26.98 like I did. You got to be raving bonker to buy some of gripa products methinks.Anyway back on topic are you saying if I read it right one of your pole sections broke or was it one of those gardiner crapy heads they sell?yes a section broke .its these which grippa sell but are actually gardiner modular base sections .https://www.grippatank.co.uk/gutter-lite-high-level-tapered-vacuum-poles

no i haven't done that , i think i have had them over a year , even though i have only used them about six/seven times .they are very light but not sure they are strong enough !the lightweight end tools are useless too
