Tosh or Ian (or Roy)
« on: May 11, 2006, 03:20:20 pm »
I picked up an account in Tintern today which you're welcome to have.

It's got very small panes, but not georgians as such.
It's victorian with little bits of coloured glass in the corners, I think you know what I mean.

Anyway, it's on a steep hill with little room for a ladder, and it's quite tall windows.
She said just do the bottoms, but I don't want the bother by hand. :(

I said I'd ask someone else to do it, as it's probably a good job for Wfp.
Can't believe I just said that....sold my soul to the devil!  :-[

Anyway, if you're interested e-mail me for details, or I can just give you directions here, it's not difficult.

Cheers, Rog.

Email me the details Rog, how big is the job?
If it is worth over a tenner I'll at least call in and see the job...unless Tosh has work in Tintern?
Not sure if Roy goes down to Tintern though ???

Cheers for the offer, Rog.

I do go through Tintern, but I'm snowed under at the moment.

I still have £750 to do from aprill.

Not a bad response!

Looks like Ian will have look, but I'll leave it to him to pass it on if he doesn't want it.

Cheers.

I did need a lie down this afternoon. ;D

I'm sure I'll be healed once I've got that squeegee in my hand tomorrow.

I know this may be REALLY REALLY hard for you guys to take but I have been likened to Mrs Bucket (Bouquet) before  :'(

Not in looks I might add, but in mannerisms.  Apparently I am as fussy and particular about the tidyness of the house and finances. :-\

After a little though I took it as a compliment - Id rather have high standards that standards that belong in a gutter - LOL  :D

Anyway the point of this is  - I like Victor he makes me laugh and so do you Squeaks  ;D

One day Roger will BE Victor Meldrew ;)

I'll check out the account next week guys, if it is big enough to warrent toddling over there from St Arvans when I am doing that then I'll take it on.
If it is only about £15 worth then I'll pass it on to one of you guys that already have some work in Tintern.
I'll price it up for you though, and don't worry about me under pricing the job...I don't do cheap...
